Engagement Sessions (E-sessions) are one of our favorite types of Photo shoots. No pressure, no real time lines, it’s just us & the couple in love! A few weeks back we had the pleasure of shooting an E-session for Sarah and Jacob, Downtown Fort Myers and also just off Fort Myers Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better Florida sunset — and the couple was pretty great too! :)

You can tell Valentine’s Day is just around the corner with the movie previews playing at the theater. We saw previews for Bride Wars and The Proposal before The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Did you know Valentine’s Day is one of the most popular days of the year to propose?  As Fort Myers wedding and engagement photographers — we know! Right after Valentine’s Day, calls for engagement photo sessions and wedding photography always increase.

Bride Wars

Liv (Kate Hudson) and Emma (Anne Hathaway), best friends since childhood, are always there for each other, through good times and bad. Even their respective bridal engagements happen within hours. Together they plan their weddings, each to take place at New York’s ultimate bridal destination, the Plaza Hotel. But a clerical error and subsequent clash in wedding dates pits the two brides against each other in a competition that quickly escalates into all-out war.
