We had a great time photographing Meghan and Brian’s wedding at the Sanibel Harbour Resort.
We already knew that it’s a great place for a relaxing weekend, but just recently we discovered what many Couples already know – Sanibel Harbour is a great place for a destination wedding!
We love to photograph in the Historic Downtown Fort Myers area. Between the Edison Festival of Lights parade, festivals at Centennial Park, and Harborside Fairs, Downtown Fort Myers has been the place to be! It doesn’t hurt that we live just a few miles away.

Engagement Sessions (E-sessions) are one of our favorite types of Photo shoots. No pressure, no real time lines, it’s just us & the couple in love! A few weeks back we had the pleasure of shooting an E-session for Sarah and Jacob, Downtown Fort Myers and also just off Fort Myers Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better Florida sunset — and the couple was pretty great too!
We’re looking forward to photographing their Wedding at the Edison Home later this year!

Georgia and Kyle’s Wedding and reception in true Historic Fort Myers Style!
The wedding ceremony was held at the Thomas A. Edison Congregational Church. The church, also called “The Little Church Around The Corner”, is just around the corner from Historic Edison Home. What really makes a Church though is not the building — it’s the people. And Georgia, Kyle, their Family and Friends really made this little church come to life!
As if the historic wedding location was not enough, Georgia and Kyle had a 1957 Cadillac Fleetwood to wheel them around in classic style.
Closing out the festivities, the wedding reception took place at the Fort Myers Burroughs Home on 1st Street. The Burroughs Home, built in 1901, is just across the street from the Langford-Kingston Home build in 1919. Just a few doors down is the Heitman House, built in 1908. This truly is the heart of Historic Downtown Fort Myers. Overlooking the Caloosahatchee River and a few blocks from the Old Federal Courthouse, their reception was truly in Old Florida Style!
